Celebrated Zambian musician Xaven has released a new song dubbed ‘Nalema’ featuring Yo Maps.

‘Nalema’ was produced by Mr. Stash of Kalandanya Music Promotions. ‘Nalema’ visuals depict a real show of a relationship impossible. It captures the emotions behind a troubled heart which the talented Yo Maps gracefully plays.

Xaven brings out the picture of a troubled lover who has had enough. She embodies ‘hell hath no fury like a woman scorned’.

Just like with many other toxic relationships, it gets physical with body pushing and temperatures soaring. The end lesson is two dejected lovers finding each other and having a new chapter in their lives.

Yo Maps’ signature vocals start it off on a high, setting the pace for what to expect throughout the song. Then, Xaven calculated rap troops in in sync with deep bass and guitar-like sounds in the background.

When you hear Xaven’s rap, you think of a confident and charismatic woman. All this you can deduce from the 5:10 minute-long summer banger. Yo Maps and Xaven blend in well and are among a select crop of artists carrying the future of the country’s music industry.

Xaven changed the whole fan vibe with ‘Nalema’ after her recent hit ‘Twalila’ that was a tributes song to the late Zambian founding father Kenneth Kaunda.

Yo Maps’ on the other hand, recently released a new song ‘Fyakale’ serenading his fiancée Kidist. Fyakale loosely translates to ‘Together’.
