Yo Maps Releases New ‘Komando’ Album

Celebrated Zambian musician Yo Maps has released his debut album dubbed ‘Komando’.
The 13-track album features top Zambian artists including; Roberto, Slap Dee, Shenky, Chef 187, Namadingo, Exile, Temi, Jay Rox and Mumba Yachi.

The 13 songs that make up ‘Komando’ album include;

- Kalambe ft Mumba Yachi
- Komando ft Slap Dee
- Sometimes ft Jay Rox
- Nikonde ft Temi
- Nshishibe ft Exile
- Wakumbali ft Namadingo and Roberto
- Sembe ft Tiye P

- Boss ft Chef 187

- Natural
- Marry You ft Shenky
Following its release, fellow artists took to social media to congratulate Yo Maps for the milestone.
“Congratulations on the Album...Keep on being the best version of yourself #KOMANDO,” F Jay said.
“Congratulations young blood keep winning,” TBwoy said.
Macky 2 and Slap Dee also congratulated Yo Maps following the release of the album.

Yo Maps has been in the industry since 2008, but opted to release his album 13 years later. According to him, he wanted to gain recognition and acceptance in Zambia before releasing his first album.
“So from that time, I was not ready to drop an album because I wanted to be ready. Since now I am ready, I can drop an album.” He said during a recent interview.
