Ugandan artist Ykee Benda has released the video for his trending hit dubbed 'Umbrella' featuring Rwandan superstar Uncle Austin.
Excited by the feeling of being in love, Ykee Benda notes that being in love is like an ‘Umbrella’ as it shields him from earthly issues.

On his part, Uncle Austin represents his culture as he dishes out his verse in Kinyarwanda; narrating the sweetness of being in love.
The audio was produced by Rwandan producer Element Eleeh, while the video was shot and directed by Ykee Benda's Mpaka Films
In the visuals, Ykee Benda showcases the beauty of Ugandan culture through traditional Kitenge outfits.

'Umbrella' is the second video off his recently released studio album titled 'Kirabo'.
The album was an appreciation to fans who’ve supported him throughout his music journey. In a bid to eliminate middlemen in the album distribution cycle, Ykee Benda chose to sell it directly on his website charging UGX. 35K
This raised massive reactions among music lovers, with many questioning the price tag, which they termed as ‘high’. However, Ykee Benda while defending the price tag said the album cost him UGX. 150M to put together.
According to Ykee Benda, this cost included expensive production, collaborations and video shooting.
