Cassper Nyovest Responds to Costa Titch’s Jibe on Artists Ditching Hip-Hop

Upcoming rapper Costa Titch has voiced out his reservation for South African artists ditching Hip-hop for other genres.

In a post on his Instagram, Titch appeared to target ‘Siyathandana’ hit maker Cassper Nyovest, stating that artists who’ve ditched Hip-hop for other genres should “stay there”.

 “SA Hip Hop is uniting right now. If you jumped ship, stay there and let us fix what you broke. –respectfully,” posted the ‘Super Soft’ singer.

As usual, fans had a lot to say and it was not a surprise when one of them asked Cassper to drop two hip-hop songs to “atone”.

“Apparently Hip Hop don't need Cassper Nyovest!!! They coming together and things are looking bright!!! Costa Ebile are yena he is fixing what I destroyed. Azange kea tsega yana mo lifeng.  I'm back in SA and I can't wait to run into him so he must explain in person...” Cassper nyovest said while responding to the fan.

A few weeks back, Cassper teased his fans on releasing a new hip hop song just before backtracking and vowing allegiance to Amapiano.

 “I see the SA Hip Hop chats back home. If yall are nice to me, I'll drop 1 Hip Hop Banger in Sep. Also it'll be a Collabo with one of the new kids. A definite knocker, yall gotta be on your best behavior in my comments doe. Tell me I'm the greatest... Let's go!!!!”

While explaining his decision to quit hip hop and jump ship to Amapiano, the ‘Baby Girl’ hitmaker said he loves Yano because ‘there are no gate keepers’ and it has a lot of freedom.
