 Experience

Mampi is an oldie in Zambia’s music industry. She gets finer by the day having made her debut in the industry in 2005 when she released her first album titled ‘Maloza’. Hitherto, her most famous song is ‘Walilowelela’. On the other hand, Cleo’s interest in music started at an early age. She recorded her first song at 16 years and released the single ‘Big Dreams’ in 2012. In 2016, she released her debut album ‘Geminice’ that was hugely acclaimed.

Awards

Mampi is a three-time Ngoma Award winner and a recipient of Zambia Music Awards too. She also holds an Entertaiment Award and Mwape Peer Award. Cleo has won the Kwacha Music Awards and the African Muzik Magazine Awards.

Albums

Cleo has one album with 14 tracks. She released ‘Geminice’ in 2016 with seven sentimental songs and the other seven live up to partying. Mampi has four albums to her name. Her first album went out in 2005 – Maloza and her second album in 2007 titled ‘Chimo ni Chimo’. Her other two albums; ‘Natural Born Star’ and ‘Nyula Yako’ were released in 2012 and 2018 respectively.
