Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter Chidinma Ekile, known professionally as Chidinma has released her debut gospel project – an EP titled ‘New Season’.

Executively produced by Ezekiel ‘Eezee Tee’ ThankGod, the EP which houses 6 songs and an extra bonus track was released on August 20, 2021. Chidinma who was a few months ago signed to the Eezee Conceptz record label after ditching secular music notes that all songs in the EP were inspired by the Holy Ghost.

‘New Season’ EP houses previously released hit single ‘Jehova Overdo’ which was Chidinma's first single after converting to being a gospel minister as well as the recently released ‘Ko S’Ober  Bire’ both of which have official music videos.

Chidinma, 30, rose to stardom after winning the third season of Project Fame West Africa. Following the release of the music video for her ‘Emi Ni Baller’ single, she became the first female musician to peak at number 1 on the MTV Base Official Naija Top 10 chart.

She's now transitioned from secular to Gospel music releasing her first single Jehovah Overdo after she signed with Eezee Concept. Chidinma’s ‘New Season’ EP is now available on multiple digital music platforms for streaming and downloading. Click HERE to get the project.
