New Music Coming, Getty & Friends hints at a comeback

After a long pause, renowned music group, Getty & Friends will be returning with a brand new single in the coming weeks. 

The group's lead vocalist, Getty Oduro Annan opened up on the reasons that led to the long hiatus in an interview with JoyNews. According to her, everyone in the group pursued their ventures. She went ahead to reveal that moving to the US made it more difficult for the group to do music.

As much as the music group is set to grace the Ghanaian Music industry, Getty acknowledged the continuous changes occurring on all music fronts. 

‘Generations have changed, things change, technology has changed, sound systems, studio equipment everything has changed'. She however trusts that her group will embrace the trends, furnish their craft and emerge as a group that can be relied upon by fans.

‘I believe that we have evolved with the change that has gone on and by the grace of God we have a few of us who have broken through internationally and there is still a lot more that need some more work but on the whole, we give glory to God for all that he is doing through gospel music.’’ she noted.
