Renowned Kenyan artist Hopekid has released a new jam dubbed ‘Kookoo’ featuring Nicah The Queen.
‘Kookoo’ is a groovy love song story scripted from a courtship perspective whereby the lady is pleading her case of faithfulness and loyalty as she asks the man for a ring to seal the deal.

Delivering her part excellently, Nicah the Queen reminds us why she is the real queen in this game by her delivery of sultry vocals which are accompanied by well-versed lyrics written by Prince Jawab.
Hopekid, on the other side, balances Nicah’s vocals and delivers soulful lyrics, which in turn gives us an absolute hit.
The video which was directed by Ricky Bekko is set in a serene location and features Hopekid and Nicah sharing a colorful picnic in a beautiful green garden.
‘Kookoo’ has been received well and already has over eleven thousand views on YouTube. Reacting to the song in the comment section, fans praised the chemistry between the two artists, with many noting that Nicah was giving her all to the project, which made her shine more.

Meanwhile, their previous collaboration ‘Wahi Wahi’ which dropped three months ago is still a fan favorite and has over a hundred thousand views on YouTube.
