Ghanaian hiplife star Patapaa has declared kingship to the new genre ‘Ghana drill’ that is making waves to the music scene.

Patapaa opines his recent release ‘Sika Wo Bolar’ featuring King Paluta & Ypee has had incredible media airplay in the country and has also drawn attention from one of America’s top rappers. To him, this is a clear indication of being on top of the game.

In an interview with GNA Entertainment, the One Corner hitmaker has disclosed he will be heading to the USA in the next couple of days. He is set to feature a top American rapper in his upcoming project.

‘Many of the drill rappers in Ghana thought I couldn’t excel in the genre but the waves my new drill song is making have shocked them, so for now I consider myself the king of drill music in Ghana.’ he noted.

Moreover, Patapaa has promised his fans yet another banger that’s going to take the internet by storm. According to him, the collaboration with the American rapper will take the Ghana drill music to the next level.

‘My next drill song would be very big because I’m about to feature on the biggest rapper in America, so Ghanaians should expect a massive tune from me very soon,’ Patapaa said.
