Fast-rising Ugandan artist Allan Hendrik alias Paper Daddy has explained the reason behind his delayed breakthrough in the music industry, despite having the support of his dad (Bebe Cool) and studio equipment at his disposal.

Allan is among the few reigning artists in his dad's record label Gagamel International. He has been in the industry for quite a long time, had all the exposure from his dad's fame, all the music material to his disposal but took quite some time to get his big breakthrough in the industry.

Speaking during a recent interview, Paper Daddy claimed his delay to deliver is due to lack of perfect timing. He believes his time to shine had never come and he had to take every step needed to get to the top.

"Everyone has his timing despite who you are. Even when God puts you in a perfect position, it's all about timing. If it ain't your time then you will never break through. Despite having everything at my disposal, it's not a guarantee that I have to be there. I'm taking baby steps because I just can't skip the stages," Paper Daddy said during a recent interview.
