Celebrated Kenyan artist Bahati recently revealed why he never fights back at Willy Paul and Mr. Seed despite the numerous fallouts they’ve had. Taking to Instagram to share some of his reasons, Bahati noted that nothing beats brotherly love, adding that they had all started from nothing together back in the day.
“We might have human weaknesses but that's one of the reasons you will never hear me respond or talk negatively about my brothers; especially when I remember where we have come from; nothing beats brotherly love and I forever treasure that and even if I might not get an opportunity to say it daily their win is my happiness and they know it well!” his post read in part.
Apart from writing an emphatic Instagram caption, Bahati posted a throwback picture featuring Willy Paul, Mr. Seed and himself at the Groove Awards 2012, narrating an example of how they stood by him back in the day when he was almost thrown out of the event.
“First Let me take to you back to Groove. Of course, because I was unpopular simply means I was not invited but I sneaked in and made my way into the red carpet just to experience and to declare my portion in faith hoping to be a winner too one day! Thanks to Seed, Willy, J Blessing, and others wenye walinitetea kwa security nisitupwe inje,” he added.
Currently, Bahati is one of the biggest stars in Kenya, and recently launched his debut album dubbed ‘Love Like This’ which has been taking the country by storm.
