Nexus Celebrates after Hitting 2 Million Cumulative Views on YouTube

After months of toiling and rebranding, Nexus Music Entertainment is celebrating two million cumulative views on its YouTube page. Nexus rebranded towards the end of 2020 in an effort to give Zambians value for music.

This effort has paid off in what the company says is a ‘small milestone’.

“Small Milestone: We reached another milestone thanks to you all for viewing our content on our YouTube channel! Over 2,000,000 times you have viewed our content! We hope you love what we have produced for you so far as we take Zambian music to the world and to new heights!,” the entertainment company said in a statement.

To give back to fans, Nexus gave away 10 brand new mobile phones. When the company rebranded, Killer Beats (KB) who is the CEO said they are going for top talents in Zambia’s music industry. True to his word, big names like Chef 187, Abel Chungu among others first joined the label.

A few months later, the label signed rising talents including; Chanda na Kay, Towela Kaira, and Neo. Others include Xaven, Jemax and T-sean.

Nexus has been holding auditions to nurture talent across Zambia and has gone a step further to rollout mobile recording in different places across Zambia. This new recording programme has been rolled out in Lusaka and talented artists have a chance to record their music with top Zambian producers.
