Sarkodie pays courtesy visit to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II

Multiple award-winning rapper Michael Owusu Addo professionally known as Sarkodie has paid a courtesy visit to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace.

Sarkodie shared Photographs from the grand event on his social media handles. He was captured grinning from ear to ear as he posed with Asantehene who seemed to be in a cheerful mood.

During the visit, the rapper was in the company of his team members including his manager AngelTown and personal disc jockey DJ Mensah.

Sarkodie has been working on his 7th studio album christened 'No Pressure,' which had been scheduled to be released on 7th July but later postponed to 30th July 2021.

While announcing the new development on social media, Sarkodie said: “I know how excited you all are for my new album #NoPressure. That feeling inspired me every day in the studio to push myself and my songwriting to the limits.

"I’ve never been more determined to make an album that you’ll love deeply. To deliver the album that you all deserve, I need a little more time. There’s been a hold-up clearing some samples, that’s all. The new release date is 30th July 2021."
