Ghana's top artists Sarkodie, Joe Mettle, Stonebwoy are among Top 50 Young CEOs in Ghana 2021. Theyceo.com and Avance Media made their official announcement of the annual ranking today. 

In his speech, Prince Akpah, MD of Avance Media opined that: "creating this ranking has been a fulfilling venture because we've not just announced a list, but we are able to inspire other young entrepreneurs with the stories of their peers, young people, with a lot of resilience creating businesses and making sure they survive no matter the challenges."

The 2021 ranking list features 50 young CEOs in Ghana who have been chosen from the rest of Ghana’s brightest and successful business leaders and entrepreneurs. These young CEOs have devoted their resources to developing the nation’s economy.

Many Ghanaian musicians have taken up entrepreneurship roles in which they are thriving. Running businesses in Ghana has been one of the commonly used ways to curb unemployment where many people have earned an honest living.

Most musicians have been affected in one way or the other by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. During these challenging times, many artists have panicked and turned to business; nonetheless, musicians who have been doing business way before Covid-19 have not stumbled, instead, they have risen to make the to 50 young CEOs.

Other young CEOs who made the list include Jumia CEO Diana Owusu-Kyereko, Ceek VR CEO Mary Spio, Uber Ghana CEO Jessica Poku, Actress Naa Ashorkor Mensah Doku, D-Black, and Delay, among others.
