‘My Mom Is My Support System’ - Diana Hamilton Praises Mom after Winning VGMAs

Diana Hamilton, who won VGMA22’s Artiste of the Year Award, and other awards has praised her mother, Comfort Antwi, for the support she has accorded her in her entire musical career.

In an interview on Power FM’s midmorning show, the Adom hitmaker said that her family has played a big role in supporting her and it could have been impossible to realize her achievements were it not for their support.

When asked about her achievements so far by the host of the show Agyeman Nie who had placed a surprise phone call to her mom in London, she said; “If we say a support system, my family has been such a support system for me.”

In the phone call, Diana’s joyous mother used this opportunity to bless her and advised her to be persistent in Christ and continue being good. Madam Comfort said, “Mummy, God bless you and your handiworks forever. May God continue to direct your steps all the time. Continue to love God and serve him. All things will be well with you,”

Diana, with tears of joy, voiced her gratefulness to Ghanaians and the Pentecost Church for the love they have accorded her all this while.
