Talented Tanzanian musician Dayna Nyange has dropped a new EP dubbed ‘Elo’.

'Elo’ EP has four songs namely; Shona, Teketea, Maujuzi, and Elo. The first three jams are singles while ‘Elo’ is a collaboration with Nigerian superstar Davido.

All the songs in the EP revolve around the ups and downs of a relationship and the pain of not getting attention from your lover.

In the first track dubbed ‘Shona’, Dayna expresses her desire to be with a particular guy because he is a soldier.

The second jam ‘Teketea’ has a Taarab vibe and focuses on heartbreaks. In the jam, Dayna notes that she is done with love as it has only brought her agony.

In the third jam ‘Maujuzi’, Dayna expresses her disappointment towards her partner’s intimacy skills. According to Dayna, her partner has not met her expectations and needs to improve.

The  jams in the EP were produced by four different producers namely; Mocco Genius, Napji, Mr. T and Kesh OFuobi.

The EP is currently available on all digital platforms.
