Yemi Eberechi Alade, a Nigerian Afropop singer, songwriter, actress, and activist is celebrating after her most recent music video hit a million views on YouTube in a week.
The 'Dancina' video premiered on the American online video sharing platform - YouTube, on May 12, 2021, and a week later it has surpassed a million views.

'Dancina' is a song from Yemi Alade's album 'Empress' which was officially released through the singer's label Effyzzie Music Group on 20 November 2020.
The video is a colorful one and showcases some energy-packed dance moves, rich African attires, and beautiful locations.
The celebrations have coincided with the singer reaching a million Twitter followers.
In a tweet, Yemi Alade appreciated the love she has been getting from her fans by simply tweeting; " Yemi Alade Army! We move."
The 32-year-old singer known for her 2014 hit single 'Johnny' now joins a list of very few female Nigerian singers who have over a million followers on YouTube.
Tiwa Savage leads the pack with over 4.8 million followers followed by Simi (3.6 million), Cuppy (3.4 million), and Teni who also has a million followers.
In total, Yemi Alade now has 13.9 million followers on Instagram, 9 million on Facebook, and 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube.
