Okyeame Kwame and Wife Launch Their First Book ‘Love Locked Down’

Ghanaian superstar Kwame Nsiah-Apau famously known by his professional name as Okyeame Kwame, together with his wife Annica Nsiah-Apau, have launched their first book, ‘Love Locked Down’ took place on Saturday 16th 2021 at the Ecobank Headquarters in Accra.
In the book, the couple talks about their love chronicles, and also provides solutions to some of the common problems in relationships and marriages.
 The colourful event had reading sessions from the dignitaries who were in attendance, including the African University College of Communications, Professor Kojo Yankah; wife of former Vice-President Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur, Queen Mother of Agona Abodom, playwright Uncle Ebo Whyte and Nana Nyarkoa Yankah.

Okyeame Kwame and his wife Annica said that they got their inspiration to write the book from the many calls they used to receive from asking for relationship advice.
“About four years ago, we decided that why don’t we put all these ideas in a book because, like any other species of animals we fight over the right to mate, we fight over what to eat, we fight over where to live, we fight over everything.
“But then we realized that the ability to become a human being is to be able to rise above these natural fights so that we will be able to solve your all conflicts amicably,” she stated.

Other prominent people who attended the launch were; former President of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Bice ‘Obour’ Osei Kuffour, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Akwasi Agyemang, the National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Awuku;, broadcaster Kwesi Kyei Darkwah, gospel artist Diana Hopeson, Reggie Rockstone, and Kuami Eugene amongst others.
