WCB manager Mkubwa Fella has responded to claims that the label is behind tampering with YouTube channels of competitors. The debate was instigated by Konde Worldwide's Ibraah, who claimed that WCB had a hand in his trouble with YouTube.

Last year, Ibraah's channel was suspended, and after being restored, his songs never appeared in the trending lists. Similarly, legendary bongo musician H baba also made the claims.

However, speaking during a recent interview, Fella pointed out that WCB has no hand in how YouTube manages content for other artists.

He maintained that YouTube is a big independent platform, and the success of WCB has been misinterpreted as sabotage.

Fella claimed that musicians fronting the allegations are guided by envy for WCB's success.

“Hizo vitu ni biashara ya watu, sisi tUnapeleka tu content hao ndio wanajua wanazirusha na wanakazaje. Tunapigwa vidogo kwa sababu ya mafanikio yetu,” said Fella.

After the allegations, several managers from WCB were forced to come out and explain how the label cannot affect other musicians' YouTube views.

Fella further added that the allegations are elevated by people he termed as traitors within the WCB camp. He notes that the label is now successful, and there is no need to sabotage other musicians.
