Gift Ov Kaddo Releases Star-studded 'Rainbow' Album

Celebrated Ugandan artist Gift Ov Kaddo has dropped his much anticipated album dubbed 'Rainbow' marking his comeback in the music industry.

The new album has 24 songs and features top artists in Uganda like Jose Chameleone, Daddy Andre, veteran rapper Babaluku, Weasel Manizzo, Pallaso among others.

Some of the songs on the album include ; Rainbow Life, Yoyo, Competition, Mine Forever, Tik Tok, My Diver, Gaga, Sylvia, Omukwano, Community, Byaliwo, International, Tulibelawo, Muzeyi Lwanga, Nakupenda, Necklace, Njayana, Birabwa, On Fire, Mbuza, Gorret, I Remember, Byekole and We Africans.

The songs were produced by several top producers including; Wallock Beats, Daddy Andre, Eli Arkhis, Dary Hits and Temperature Rise.

Speaking during a recent interview, Gift Ov Kaddo says the inspiration behind his album came from his childhood memories and love for rainbows.

"When I was a child, I used to see rainbows as miracles that blessed our community - a beautiful, peaceful living creature that visited us once in a blue moon. The rainbow symbolises hope and new beginnings, inspiring the sounds of this album.

"The language is a peace and love, just like the rainbow that emerges after a period of time..." (Sic).
