Veteran Nigerian singer, Waje has just unlocked a brand new project in form of an extended playlist titled Heart Season.
The EP houses five tracks with just about seventeen minutes of listening time. A project borne out of love, feelings and emotions. Waje on Heart Season is a woman in love and not coy to express her emotions.

Heart Season serves as a follow up to her 2018 LP, Red Velvet which was Waje’s first album in five years following up her 2013 album, W.A.J.E.
Surprisingly, the recently released single “Best Thing” featuring Ric Hassani did not make the EP but with no other features on the project, seems like Waje just wanted to do all the singing on this one.
Waje acknowledged that she gave a number of young talents an opportunity to contribute to the Heart Season EP. Outgun Onkar, DJ Kleem, Magic Sticks, Anendlessocean were producers on the project while Ocho Foreign, BK, Kayode and Anendlessocean were credited for writing on the EP.

Waje is currently a judge on Nigeria’s own version of music talent show, The Voice and putting her own music during this time comes in handy for fans who want new music from her.
