Abdukiba Rules Out Ditching Alikiba's Kings Music Record Label

Abdukiba, the brother of bongo music star Alikiba has ruled out ditching the Kings Music label anytime soon.

The label is led by Alikiba, with his brother occupying a backroom role under management.

Speaking during a recent interview, Abdukiba noted that there is no chance he will leave the label to start his own project.

He noted that he is the founder of Kings Music, and ditching it means he is giving up. However, he did not rule out the possibility of establishing another record label.

If such a situation arises, the label will be an imprint of Kings Music but not as an independent entity.

“Kings Music ni label ambayo inanihusu mimi ndio nilikuwa wa kwanza kutangaza Kings Music...inawezekana kuwa na label inginine...ni label yangu ile hata kama ntaanizisha ingine, itakuwa label toto ama mama,” said Abdukiba.

The singer who is currently flying high with his single dubbed ‘Give more’ featuring Singah said that he might be working on a project around establishing a record label, and he will announce it soon.

Besides being a member of the label, Abdukiba is also the label’s spokesperson.
