Davis D’s ‘Dede’ Hit Features on BBC Radio 1xtra’s Africa360 Playlist

Rwandan singer Davis D’s “Dede” song has managed to earn a place in BBC Radio 1xtra’s Africa 360 playlist.
Davis thanked the station for recognizing the power of his song “Dede” which he released in 2019.
“Am so thankful to have a song on @bbc1xtra 360 hottest songs in Africa #DEDE still trending let's keep pushing,” he wrote on Instagram.

‘Dede’ features on the playlist along other hits from African artists. From Tanzania, Diamond makes it to the list with ‘Waah’ which he featured Congolese musician Koffi Olomide. Harmonize ft Angela ‘All night’ was also featured in the list. Other artists on the playlist include; Davido and Burna Boy.

‘Dede’ is an exotic love song fusing RnB with Afro Pop. It explores love in a different way which seems to have sat very well with a majority of his fans.
‘Dede’ enjoys 3.2 million views on YouTube. Mussa Nassoro from Tanzania hailed Davis D for the production of the song pointing out that the video quality and audio are impressive.
“From Tanzania I agree this Man made a Big Tune ...real tune ...creativity on Point Low budget video but its so impressive and dope,” Nassoro stated.
