WCB singer Mbosso has indefinitely postponed his 'Definition of Love' album launch in observation of the 21 days mourning period for the late President John Magufuli.

Through his Instagram account, Mbosso however, did not reveal when the album's launch will take place.

"Definition Of Love Album Launch Postponed," Mbosso posted.

Mbosso's announcement came just hours after authorities in Dar es Salaam banned all entertainment events until the 21-day period expires.

The album released early this month is already on digital platforms, and the official launch was slated for March 20.

Interestingly Magufuli's death has also disrupted the singer's other projects. In a previous interview, Mbosso stated that he received the news of his death while shooting a music video with Diamond Platnumz.

The shoot was indefinitely postponed.

“Taarifa za mshiba zilinipata mimi niki shoot video yangu na Diamond...actually huwezi endelea na kitu chochote. Huwezi pata nguvu za kuendelea...tukarudi ofisini pale ku record,” said Mbosso.

Mbosso added that during Magufuli's tenure, he was beginning his journey in the music industry and earned inspiration from the departed leader's call on youth to work hard.
The singer paid tribute to Magufuli, stating that his legacy in the entertainment and arts scene will live on.
