Viboyo Oweyo Explains Why He’s Not Been Releasing New Music

Ugandan artist Viboyo Oweyo has explained why he’s not been releasing new jams, noting that he shifted his attention to making films.

Viboyo was one of the most vibrant artists and songwriters in the music industry, but took a break and is currently working with Swangz Avenue.

Explaining his hiatus, the 'Love Me love Me' hit maker noted that he is not under any pressure to release new music, as that is not his priority at the moment.

"I'm still doing music but everyone has priorities in life; yes, I love music because it made me who I am but it is not my first priority right now. I will do it in my time but right now I'm concentrating on doing film production," Viboyo said.

He, however, noted that he hasn't fully abandoned his singing career as he is currently in studio recording some few songs that will be released by the end of this year.

Viboyo Oweyo became so popular after his hit collaboration with the Goodlyfe crew titled 'Nyumbani'.
