Celebrated Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz has shared the secret behind the success of his WCB record label, noting that; setting structures, understanding different techniques, proper management and trusting in God has done the magic for them.

Speaking on Monday, Diamond stated that the success of WCB and the artists signed under it goes beyond just releasing music. He notes that there are several techniques that he has adhered to over the years.

Diamond acknowledged that most bongo musicians are talented, but they lack the strategy to release consistent hits. According to Diamond, he has come to learn several techniques alongside God's trust, hence the success.

He added that success in music heavily relies on working together as a team. According to Diamond, the ability to have formidable management in WCB has seen an artist like Rayvanny venture into management by unveiling his record label.
