Naiboi Hits Out at CMO Officials over Failure to Pay Artist Royalties

Renowned Kenyan artist Naiboi has broken his silence and called out Collective Management Organisation (CMO) officials who’ve been misappropriating royalties meant for artistes.
"The fact that artist’s money has not been paid out for the past few years, yet money has been collected and still been collected is sickening,” he said.

In addition, he expressed interest to be on the board in order to kick out the officials whom he branded as “thieves”.
“I wanna be in that office I want a seat on that board and kick them, thieves, out!! S**t change ain’t coming we just gonna get it!!” he opined.
Meanwhile, Naiboi and is Naiboi Worldwide label have been busy releasing new projects as they seek to grow the brand in 2021.
Band BeCa music group who are signed under the label recently released their debut album ‘Beca Fever’.

The album is iconic as it contains features from renowned female artists from East Africa.
On his part, Naiboi is currently flying high with his latest release dubbed ‘Kitu Tamu’ featuring all-stars.

‘Kitu Tamu’ features Band Beca, Femi One, Brand UB, Breeder LW, and Fena Gitu. The song is doing well and already has over 98,000 views on YouTube.
