Tanzanian RnB singer Juma Jux is now pushing for a remix with Canadian rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

This is after Stallion was recorded listening to Jux’s latest single, ‘Mapepe.’

On Monday, while celebrating her 26th birthday, Thee Stallion went on Instagram live, and in the background, the ‘Mapepe’ single was playing.

By press time, there was no comment from Thee Stallion’s team. However, it is unclear if the two musicians have established contact ahead of working on a possible remix.

The gesture by the rapper vibing to Jux music is a big a deal considering that penetration of bongo music in the American market is still low.
