John Cole Announces Release Date for New Hit ‘Gotta Feeling’

Zimbabwean singer John Cole has announced that he’ll be releasing a new song on February 18.

The multi award-wining singer is ready to release ‘Gotta Feeling’ produced by the famed producer Chiweddar.

Details of the soon-to-be released song indicate that the production has a fusion of Afro beats and a touch of electric pulses to make the hit an Afro EDAM.

The beats are dance-oriented just as much as the song was meant to entertain with John’s powerful diction.

‘Gotta Feeling’ is the 5th song I have done, but my 1st which is not a collaboration, which gives it a special place in my heart and career. I need to give major props to my producer Chiweddar, who once again has really come through for me,” he told a local blog.

His pop-like kind of music was inspired by Michael Jackson whom he grew up listening to. The singer acknowledges that Michael Jackson’s charm continues to live in him which is evident in his performances on stage.

“Those that know me, know that dance lives in me and I live in dance, so my music is always about getting my audience to get into the groove,” he stated.

He was recently nominated for ZIMA for his collabo with DJ Naida “Tamba” under the Best Dance Song category.
