Zuchu Sets New YouTube Record in East Africa

Wasafi’s Zuchu has set a new record in East Africa being the first female musician to hit 100 million cumulative views on her YouTube channel.

The ‘Sukari’ hit maker joined YouTube in January 29, 2019 and has gained a large audience due to her exemplary work over the years.

Just like her counterparts from the WCB label, Zuchu uploads all her music including live show performances, behind the scene videos, advertisements for products among other interesting videos.

Her consistency has played a key role in the milestone, as Zuchu rarely goes two weeks without posting a video on her YouTube Channel.

Taking to her Instagram page, Zuchu thanked her fans and management for helping her achieve the milestone.

“Yoooow Leo hii mmenipa history mpya ya kua mwanamke wa kwanza East Africa kufikisha 100 million viewers on YouTube . Is there a day when I’ll get used to this? This is more than an award this is more than a trophy . Niseme nini tena I love you 10 months in the game and mmenipa hii history .You guys are everything. To my management thank you for believing in me and pushing me to be the best version every day,” she posted.
