Pallaso to Face Off with Khaligraph, Rayvanny for 2021 MTV Listeners’ Choice Award

Ugandan artist Pallaso has once again registered another milestone in his music career. Being one of the top Ugandan artists last year, the Team Good Music boss has been selected among the finalists that will battle it out for the 2021 MTV Awards under the Listener's Choice category.

A couple of weeks back, MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) released a list local artists featuring; Winnie Nwagi, B2C, DJs Slick Stuart & Roja and John Blaq to represent Uganda in this category.
It was entirely upon the fans to choose who they thought would be the best pick and Pallaso, Slick Stuart & Roja emerged the finalists.

Pallaso took to his social media pages to thank his lovely fans for the huge support, and extended his regrets wondering how Ugandans will be able to vote since social media is still blocked in the country.

Meanwhile, the top African heavyweixghts nominated in this category include; Anna Joyce (Angola), Asaph (Zimbabwe), Dagi D (Ethiopia), DBN Gogo & DJ Dinho (South Africa), Didi B (Cote D’Ivoire), Drizilik (Sierra Leone), Focalistic (South Africa), Khaligraph Jones (Kenya), Locko (Cameroon), Malome Vector (Lesotho), Meddy (Rwanda), Mohamed Ramadan (Egypt), Ngaaka Blindé (Senegal), Rayvanny (Tanzania), Sarkodie (Ghana), Shirazee (Benin), Souhila Ben Lachhab (Algeria) and Tiwa Savage (Nigeria).
