DJ Joe Mfalme Joins Homeboyz Radio after Leaving Capital

Celebrated Kenyan Deejay Joe Mfalme has opened up on his decision to join Homeboyz radio after working for Capital FM for 12 years.

Recently Deejay Joe Mfalme announced that he was leaving Capital FM through a statement posted on his official Instagram page.

In an interview, Joe Mfalme opened up on his new post stating that he was excited to join Homeboyz radio.

“I am excited, I can’t wait to see how the journey is going to be, I am always up for new challenges," he said.

Deejay Joe also promised to deliver good vibes, amazing music, and energy. Discussing some of the challenges he faced, he explained that it wasn't easy to make the change because Capital was the only place he had ever worked officially in regards to Radio but also added that change was inevitable.

"It gets to time, you need to move, you move," he added.

Joe also gave a bit of insight into the music industry in 2021. He expressed his opinion stating that music is very unpredictable and added that a deejay just goes with the flow and delivers what the fans want.

"Right now guys are listening to a lot of Pop Smoke, The Grill, a lot of dance hall, and then music is very unpredictable, you don't know what is going to be coming next year," he expounded.
