Victoria Kimani Rallies Africans to Show Support for Uganda

Renowned Kenyan musician Victoria Kimani has rallied African artists to unite with Uganda during this volatile time as they did during the ‘End Sars’ for Nigeria.

Victoria took to Twitter to express her opinions in a series of tweets.

“I wish Africa would unite with Uganda the way we all did during #EndSars What is happening with @HEBobiwine needs to be recognized globally. The Dictatorship in Africa is beyond Evil!” she posted on her Twitter official account.

“Everybody should be paying very close attention to what is happening with @HEBobiwine and his family,” she added.

Victoria was talking in reference to the recently concluded presidential elections in Uganda.

Over the past few weeks, Victoria has been using Twitter to share her music and her opinion on various societal issues.

Recently, she tweeted that Kenyans would never ever cease to amaze her and wondered what part of Kenyans supporting their own artists they didn’t actually understand.

She also added that she was changing her nationality to become a Ghanaian, from the Ashanti region, due to the lack of support. The announcement was received well by her Ghanaians fans, who welcomed her with open arms.
