Pallaso Hails Bebe Cool for Ranking him Best Ugandan Musician in 2020

Over the years, veteran Ugandan artist Bebe Cool has been sharing a list of his top musicians in the country every first week of the New Year.
2021 was no different as Bebe Cool took to social media to publicise his list and explain the rationale behind his selection.
In this year’s list, Pallaso emerged the best thanks to his viral ‘Malamu’ hit.

"Pallaso appears on the Bebe Cool list this time as a liked and loved fella, unlike previously when his character and music were unlikable. Pallaso had a tough entry in the music Industry due to the existence of his two elder brothers, Jose Chameleone and Weasel. Expectations were high for Pallaso because of his brother's exploits in the music industry. This young man has proved tough in the last five years and has finally earned my respect with "MALAMU" and I'm now sure his star will continue to rise. By the way it's the only song I stand up and dance to whenever it plays," Bebe Cool posted.
Reacting to Bebe Cool’s post, Pallaso put a side his differences with the veteran artiste and hailed him for recognizing his work.

“God will make a way through all walls. Thank you Bebe Cool. Bino bitandise okunyuma,” he tweeted.
In 2019, Bebe Cool while releasing his list advised Pallaso to improve his craft. Pallaso in return promised to make him proud one day and true to his word, he made him proud with 'Malamu'.
Other artists who made it to Bebe Cool's list include; Eezy, Zex Bilangilangi, Sheebah, Mudra, karole Kasita, B2C, Winnie Nwagi, Eddy Kenzo, Quex, Azawi, Vinka, Daddy Andre, Crysto Panda and Spice Diana.
