Roma’s ‘Diaspora’ Hit Displaces Diamond’s ‘Waah’ from Top Spot on Trending Bongo Videos

Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz has finally been displaced from the top spot on trending YouTube videos this week.
Diamond has been holding the top spot for the past two weeks thanks to his ‘Waah’ hit featuring Kofi Olomide.
However, he has been displaced by Roma and Lady Jaydee thanks to their ‘Diaspora’ collaboration.

Diaspora - Roma
This is the song Roma used to announce his exit from the music scene after 13 years. In the song, Roma addresses his wife telling her to remain faithful and bring up their kids in the best way possible. He explains that flee his own nation because the regime was bothered by his activism. ‘Diaspora’ is the top trending Bongo video on YouTube with over 900,000 views.

Waah – Diamond ft Koffi Olomide
The trend setter for the past two weeks now takes second place with over 16 million views. “Waah” is a song that revolves around a man defending the love of his life. Diamond starts of the song beautifully explaining how great it feels to be loved, adding that he does not care what other people says since he is in love.

Number One - Rayvanny ft Zuchu
The song inspired by a kizomba beat has overcomed competition to maintain its spot on the top 5 trending Bongo videos on YouTube. The video currently has over 6Million views on YouTube.
Shusha - Babalevo ft Diamond Platnumz
With over 297, 000 views a day after its release, ‘Shusha’ has caused speculation in Tanzania that it may be hitting out at Harmonize for allegedly creating a beef with Harmonize.
Nimeghairi Kufa – Dulla Makabila
‘Nimeghairi Kufa’ by the self-declared King of Singeli music bares a deep message reminding us that life is all about you, and as such, you should focus on being the source of your happiness. The song has over 500,000 views on YouTube.
