Gemma Griffiths Crowned Zimbabwe’s Female Artist of the Year at 2020 ZIBA Awards

Zimbabwean music star Gemma Griffith has hit a new career milestone after she emerged the Female Artiste of the Year at the 2020 ZIBA awards.
Elated, she shared the news with her fans thanking them for always supporting her and making her music a huge success.
“Female Artist of the Year at the ZIBA awards. Thank yooouuuu!” she wrote on her Facebook page.
Zimbabwe Business Awards (ZIBA) celebrates outstanding musical personalities in the land of the Shona people.

In 2020, Gemma has produced mindboggling hits at a time that Africa was on total lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic which struck in March.
Some of her most popular hits from 2020 include ‘Ndinewe’, Titungamirei and +263 where she featured Nutty O and Asaph.
Following the award, she was praised for her hardwork by her fans who said that she deserves it all.
“Congratulations, you deserved that award and to be recognized for the work you put in this year. Keep making more beautiful music,” Mandala Alfred wrote.

Davis Kativhu said that this was just the beginning and that they expect more in future. “Congrats on being recognised as the best female artist, we expect more than that in Future.”
