NEW MUSIC: This Rapper Just gave Hip Hop A Make Over With His New Song
9 October 2014
Elkins Jackson Achwanya, better known by his stage name Elee Elee Musicc is a Kenyan hip-hop rap artist based in Nairobi. Why do you need to know him? Hers’s why: he makes music that reaches out to that delicate emotional part in you that most of us are passive to. He raps about matters that affect the society without losing touch of artistry.
Some even quoted him as “That rare occasion when someone makes a debut in the music scene and the audience gets to automatically connect with them”. You thought hip hop had run out of material? You were wrong!

He has just released his debut single titled Safari whose inspiration is based on real life experiences. Produced by Dennis Ihaji and recorded at Global Youth Groove, Crine music studios, ‘safari’ takes shot at senseless recklessness among motorists, passengers and pedestrians that end up causing road accidents, one of the biggest disasters facing Kenyans on roads.
Elee, lost his mother in 2001and most recently his youngest brother Collins Ombima formerly of Kitale Academy, Starehe Boys School & Centre, Brook house International School and University of Nairobi to the menace that is road carnage. So this song is Elee taking up the role of a cape crusader to prevent future disasters.
