Gagamel International boss Bebe Cool has joined other Ugandan artists in appealing to the government to allow musicians back on stage and re-open bars.

On Monday during the national address on Covid-19, President Yoweri Museveni announced that he had eased the restrictions on churches, casinos, gyms, massage parlors, betting companies effective 14th November,

He, however, did not issue any announcement regarding bars and resumption of shows meaning the status quo remains as it is.

Reacting to the announcement, Bebe Cool gave reasons why artists and bars should be back in operation.

Speaking during an interview with NBS Investigates, Bebeb Cool explained that bars are a safer space than churches in the spread of Covid-19.
