As calls for the disbanding of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (Nigerian Police with a long record of abuses) takes effect, we remember this song -Great Nation, released by Timi Dakolo 7 years ago.
Muhammadu Buhari, The Nigerian president, pledged recently that the end of SARS was just the beginning and a step into the commitment to extensive police reform.
Here is a song that expresses the beauty of a nation, the love in people to their environment and culture, a country flourishing in trade and tourism. It ebodies the hope in all who live in Nigeria that this country would live to its full potential.
