Diamond, Master KG to Headline Big Sand Festival

Tanzanian Music star Diamond Platnumz and ‘Jerusalema’ hit maker Master KG from South Africa are set to headline the Big Sand Music Festival in Salima, Malawi.
This year, the big Sand Festival will be celebrating ten years since its inception.
The festival is expected to host various artists from across Africa including; Patience Namadingo, Dj Maya, Dj Flames, VJ Ice and Dj Reubie.
This will be the 2nd time for Diamond Platnumz to perform at the festival, following his first appearance in 2018.
The Sand Music Festival is the biggest music event in Malawi, and is this year is expected to run for three days from October 30 to November 1 at Livingstonia Beaches in Salima, Malawi.
According to the organizers, due to financial constraints thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have decided to merge two shows to one; Cruiseship Festival and Sand Music Festival.
"Had a very fruitful meeting with Sand Fest team and we agreed to merge our events to say that those going for Cruise instead of having a beach party in Salima we are going straight to Sand fest," said DJ Rubie.
The Festival is expected to be amazing since both Diamond and Master KG have had great years musically and dropped chart-topping bangers.
