Ugandan Lugaflow rapper Feffe Bussi has weighed in on the alleged discrimination of secular artistes from places of worship.

According to Feffe Bussi the reason why most Ugandan secular artistes do not frequent church is because they do not feel welcomed.

Speaking during Pastor Bugembe's Sunday service, Feffe Bussi said he last attended church during the late Radio Mowzey memorial service in 2018.

"Not going to church doesn't necessarily mean that you do not pray. We are sometimes caught up, even the discrimination in church is weird but I got chance to fellowship with this church.

“It is only God that commanded us to come as we are but these church leaders have specific people they want. If they see us with this hair, they assume that we do not love God. But what they should know that it is not about appearances," he said.

Feffe Bussi said he said he believes in God and all his songs come from God.

Pastor Wilson Bugembe who doubles as a gospel artiste usually holds a service every Sunday and invites an artiste as a celebrity guest for the day. He is one of the few religious leaders that has managed to bring together several secular artistes.
