PRINCE HELLY FOUNDATION-PHF HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED ITS MEDIA ARM IN ALEBTONG DISTRICT

Prince Helly Foundation (PHF) has officially launched its media arm, PHF Media, in a move aimed at transforming storytelling and talent promotion in Alebtong District and beyond.

The new media platform was officially launched yesterday, 14th September, 2026, at the Foundation's headquarters in Abako, Alebtong District. The launch marks a new chapter for the Foundation whose motto is "One Family, One Voice."

According to the Foundation's CEO, Prince Helly, PHF Media was established to bridge the information gap and give a voice to the unheard.

"For a long time, our local stories, our culture, and our talents have not been given the platform they deserve. PHF Media is here to change that. We will tell our own stories — from Abako to the world," said Prince Helly.

PHF Media will operate as a comprehensive news and entertainment platform covering:

- Local News: Community events, development, agriculture and human-interest stories from Alebtong, Lango sub-region and Northern Uganda.
- National News: Politics, education, health and current affairs across Uganda.
- International News: Major global developments.
- Celebrity Gossip & Entertainment: Exclusive interviews, music, and entertainment trends.
- Culture: Preserving and promoting Lango culture, traditions, and heritage.

In addition to news coverage, a core mission of PHF Media is talent promotion in all corners. The platform will actively identify, promote and market musicians, comedians, dancers, models, and other creatives who lack exposure.

This aligns with the Foundation's existing services which include Music Promotion, Audio and Video Productions, Professional Photography, Press News Coverage and Online Business Marketing.

"We are calling upon all artists in Alebtong, Lango, and Uganda at large. If you have talent, PHF Media is your home. Come, let us grow together," Prince Helly added.

PHF Media will publish its content through its official Facebook pages Prince Helly Foundation and Alebtong Youth Vibes 24/7, as well as on its website.

The management invites the public, local leaders, and well-wishers to support and follow the new platform.
