Ghana Music Awards USA Set for October 10

Ghana Music Awards USA (GMA-USA has finally been given a date. The much awaited festival is set to be held on the Saturday 10th October, 2020.

The much anticipated event will see most of the renowned artistes from both the US and Ghana compete for honors in a variety of categories. The GMA-USA 2020 event will be held in Atlantic City, New Jersey and it is scheduled to start with a red carpet event that will kick off at 6 pm, as a curtain raiser for the main event that will start at 8 pm.

According to the Communication Director of Ghana Music Awards-USA, Emmanuel Kusi Mensah (Capito) the highly anticipated festival of glitz and glamour will be featured in two sessions (Awards Night and Awards Party). The first session, which is the night of awards, will be held in USA on the 10th October 2020 at 8 PM, and the second session, which is the celebrations session, will be held in Ghana at a later date.

According to the Communications Director, this year’s festival has been well organized and is expected to set raise the standards higher.

"GMA-USA shocked the entire Ghanaian entertainment industry with our launch ceremony and I can assure Ghanaians that the Awards Night will be even bigger and more enthralling," he stated.

Ghanaians can watch the concert live online on Kofi TV and Kantanka TV to cheer their beloved artists as they perform some of their hit songs and win awards.
