WCB singer Rayvanny has shared his excitement after his latest hit 'Amaboko' emerged as the top song in Africa.

By Sunday last week, Rayvanny’s ‘Amaboko’ hit featuring Diamond Platinumz had emerged top on different charts across Africa like Apple Music among others.

Speaking over the weekend, Rayvanny stated that it was a big achievement considering that he had emerged top ahead of other big African names like Wizkid and Davido.

“Nilifurahi sana, inanitia nguvu kwamba kazi ninayo ifanya inafika mbali...si kitu kidogo sana kwa sababu kuna kina Wizkid, Davido...ni baraka za mwenyezi mungu na mashabiki wanao support kazi kila siku,” said Rayvanny.

Rayvanny also weighed in on being on cover Apple Music in Africa, noting that it was a huge milestone for him as he is the first East African singer to be on the cover of Apple Music.

He said the milestone motivates him to do big things in the future.

Rayvanny rejuvenated himself recently by dropping strategic collaborations with various musicians from across the continent.

Currently, he is flying high with his latest collabo ‘Jollof on the Jet’ where he was featured by DJ Cuppy alongside Rema.

The song has made it to the US global Billboard chart making Rayvanny the first East African musician to achieve the fete.
