Tanzanian singer Rayvanny is set to feature in a collabo with Nigeria’s Rema and DJ Cappy in a song dubbed ‘Jolof’ set to premiere on Friday July 17, 2020.
The song is by the female DJ who also doubles up as a renowned producer. The announcement was made on Wednesday by the DJ through her Instagram account.
The release comes just a month after Rayvanny announced that he has been working on a series of collabos with musicians from Africa, Europe and the United States.
These collabos are meant to make Rayvanny a global star, and introduce him to new markets.
The announcement came at a time when Rayvanny had been silent for a few months leading to speculation from his fans.
After the announcement, Vanny Boy went ahead to feature on the ‘Quarantine’ dance song and also collaborated on the ‘Amaboko’ hit single alongside Diamond Platnumz.
This year, his notable collaboration was with Mozambique’s Messias Maricoa on the ‘Te Amo’ single released in February.
The song was part of his four-song EP meant to celebrate love in the wake of the Valentine Day’s celebrations.
