TID Launches New Youth Talent Show in Tanzania

Bongo music star TID has launched a television show that is out to support young talent in Tanzania.
According to TID, the show is aimed at helping young people identify their strength and talents, after which they’ll learn how to better them.
In an Instagram post, TID appreciated President Magufuli’s effort in supporting talent in the country, adding that as an artiste, he will work with others to help young talents perfect their craft.

“Tunaipongeza sana serikali ya awamu ya tano chini ya Raisi wetu John Pombe Magufuli kwa kuhakikisha sekta ya burudani na sanaa inakua Zaidi. Na mimi kama mdau wa sanaa na burudani nitazidi kuhakikisha tunazidi kuibua vipaji vilivyojificha mavyuoni kupitia UNITALENT SHOW nikishirikiana na @maroonent. Lengo letu ni kuwafanya vijana wa vyuoni watambue vipaji vyao na pia kuwatengenezea mfumo wa kuweza kujiajiri badala ya kutegemea ajira tu Kwa pamoja tunasema….”his post read in part.
For the show, the legendary singer has partnered with fellow musician Gnako Warara and Tanzanian entrepreneur Rose Naduka for the big show. He also partnered with Maroon entertainment group.
The show is set to premiere on TV Tanzania and efm Tanzania soon.
