The Alliance for Change in Ghana Music (AFGHAM) is a collection of creative stakeholders who are committed to revolutionize the Ghanaian entertainment industry. As part of its measures to bring about positive changes in the Ghana music industry, (AFGHAM) is launching The Music Minds Campaign, an initiative to educate and implement strategies to enhance the careers of both artistes and stakeholders of the industry.

In a bid to learn more about The Music Minds Campaign, TheAfricanDream.net spoke with Ghanaian singer Eric Kwasi Okine Turkson known by the stage name Ded Buddy who explained that “In Ghana, some 98% of the talented creators are mostly focused on simply the release of their music and most at times neglect the business aspect of the sector that brings back money for their creations.”

Ded Buddy who is one of the voices behind AFGHAM further said “These creators are not to be blamed as the systems are not set in place to nurture a thriving music and entertainment industry with long term financial benefits. We at AFGHAM, therefore, intend to use The MUSIC MINDS CAMPAIGN to help awaken the minds of all stakeholders in the music industry in particular and the entire entertainment sector in general.“
