Mbosso Achieves New Milestone Courtesy of Hit Song ‘Hodari’

Wasafi records musician Mbosso has achieved a new milestone in his career after his hit song ‘Hodari’ secured over 25 million views on YouTube.
Since he began his career, ‘Hodari’ is his first song to hit 25 million views on the digital platform.
An excited Mbosso took to Instagram to share the achievement and thank his fans for the support.
“Historia nyingine imeandikwa Leo ..., Wimbo wenu Pendwa wa Muda Wote #HODARI Sasa Umefikisha Watazamaji Milioni 25 ..(25,000,000,) Kwenye Mtandao Wa YouTube. Asante Sana Kwa Upendo wenu na Mwenyezi Mungu awabariki Sana,” he posted.
‘Hodari’ dropped over a year ago and topped several charts in the region due to the amazing lyrics, and interesting video shot in Serengeti National park.
Mbosso has been flying high since joining Wasafi records back in 2018.
Though affected by the Covid-19 pandemic where several of his shows have been cancelled, he has managed to stay afloat musically. Over the past month, he has been able release two hits dubbed ‘Tamba’ and ‘Haijakaa Sawa’.
In a recent interview, Mbosso revealed that he has lost about Tsh100 million in canceled shows due to the ongoing pandemic.
“I have lost about Tsh100 million due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We had canceled bookings meaning I could not perform during shows,” said Mbosso.
