“The impact of the pandemic is there since one of our sources of revenue has gone into waste. We have been doing an audit and it emerges we have lost about Tsh3.5 billion during this period,” said Diamond.

When the pandemic began spreading across the world, Diamond revealed that he was in Paris and they almost got stuck in Europe.

The Wasafi Classic founder noted that they had to drive across Europe in search of a flight back to Tanzania.

Upon returning to Tanzania, Diamond went into quarantine after his manager Sallam S.K tested positive for the virus.

Many governments across the world have canceled crowd gatherings as a means of enforcing social distancing to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

As a result, most artistes have embarked on doing live shows via social media to keep fans entertained as they monitor the situation.
