Zuchu's ‘I am Zuchu’ EP Hits over 10 Million Streams in Two Weeks

Zuchu’s debut EP “I am Zuchu’ under Wasafi Classic record label has been streamed at least 10 million times on different digital platforms.
Zuchu’s latest achievement was revealed by his boss Diamond Platinumz through an Instagram post.
In the post, Diamond thanked Zuchu’s fans for making her achieve the latest milestone under the Wasafi label.
“10+ Million Streams Within 2 Weeks , kwakweli niwashukuru sana Wadau, Vyombo vya Habari, lakini kikubwa zaidi Mashabiki kwa Mapenzi yao kwa @officialzuchu , kama @wcb_wasafi Faraja yetu ni kuona Ulimwengu unatambua kuwa Huku Nyumbani pia kuna wanaake wenye Vipaji na uwezo wa kufanya Makubwa kwenye sanaa,” posted Diamond.

The milestone can be attributed to the marketing put into the album. Diamond and other Wasafi artists embarked on a mission to popularize the album through sharing it on various platforms.
The EP was meant to introduce Zuchu to her fans in a project that featured five songs.
Currently, Diamond is using the Zuchu album to get the next Wasafi artist. In an Instagram post last week, he noted that anyone who can perfectly do cover for Zuchu’s hit songs will be rewarded handsomely.
